We are going to Las Vegas soon so I couldn’t wait to get my Christmas tree down off my nails (check them out here) and put some FUN nails on that would be inspiring for a New Year and make me think of a white sandy beach and turquoise blue waters! I’ve had a fairly busy week and created some cute stuff! A major accomplishment being I did my own nails! I sculpted out a super short tip with hard gel which I was dreading but turned out not being too horrible 🙂

My friend Nicole scheduled her Thanksgiving appointment and said she wants silver, gray, black, and white colors but I get to choose the design. I had a couple days to get ready which I’m not sure is a good thing because I got slightly obsessive about it! Eek! I spent hours on Instagram looking for those colors and I really couldn’t find anything I loved…so I got out the sketch pad and went to work. 🙂

I got the chance to do my cute friend April’s nails today and I had so much fun chatting with her and coming up with these fun nails! She’s a hairstylist (an amazing hairstylist) and pretty much just said, “You’re the nail tech…take it away!” I showed her a few pics from Instagram and we both agreed on a vintage vibe that is perfect for this brisk fall weekend!

I have been wanting to do some Aztec nails for a while and luckily my friend Jess was down with the idea when she came over for her nail appointment yesterday! I love how they turned out! My friend Kendra is headed up to Pendelton, Oregon for the world’s largest party…I mean rodeo! I’m so excited for her! She is going with her dad which I think is so awesome 🙂 She texted me and wanted some cute nails for the rodeo…I think we came up with a great combo for the big weekend!

SunValleyTek sent me this UV light to try out and review and I can honestly report for the money it’s a great light and I would highly recommend it! They shipped it extremely quickly, Flynn was very nice to work with, and the light is actually really great quality! I’ve bought two other lights on Amazon in the past that were cheaply made and did not hold up but I can tell this light is going to hold up great. And it’s priced under $40 on Amazon!
