Yesterday marked the end of my 7 day Vinylux Challenge. I must admit, I love this new polish!!! CND claims it will last 7 days chip free and although I did not see those results I was extremely pleased that mine lasted five days chip free! In Vinylux’s defense, I am ULTRA hard on my nails! I usually can only get about 9-10 days out of gel polish.

What makes a great nail salon or spa? I think about this question a lot. The salon of my dreams would be ultra clean and bright with tons of natural lighting as well as bright overhead lights. Check out these adorable nails I did for the lovely Jenna. We used Gelish Seafoam, Pink Smoothie, Need a Tan, and Golden Treasure. I hand painted the diamond on her middle finger and mixed loose gold glitter with Golden Treasure in a little dish for the thumb and ring finger patterns. Ok, these are some of my favorite nails ever! The lovely beautiful Caitlyn wanted this on her gorgeous nails and I was in total agreement because I am infatuated with the chevron trend. What is it that makes it so adorable?????

We achieved this look with gel polish. I used Passion by OPI GelColor and Green 101 by Young Nails for the stripes. I free handed the chevron stripes and hand placed the rhinestones 🙂 no biggie 🙂 I love my job!
