I am just curious…what characteristics do you look for in a nail tech, or any beauty professional for that matter? What is it about that person that will make you feel at ease through your appointment and make you want to come back in a few weeks to see them again?
Vicky, the owner of Hot Nails, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She’s been doing nails a long time, and has clients who have been coming to her for that long (16+years!) She’s definitely doing something right after that many years!
