I had a client yesterday mention that she read in one her magazines that the reason people get dry, cracked skin on their hands in the winter time is because of a deficiency in Omega 3’s and Vitamin D.
You can get your Omega 3’s in fish oil tablets, which are inexpensive and easy to take, and it’s easy to get Vitamin D supplements as well. Or spend some time in the sun. Here is a great article I found about creating beautiful skin from the inside out–maybe some of you have heard of Udo’s Oil….
