Spring is in the air..finally! As far as the weather goes, this has been the craziest spring I can remember! Once it starts warming up a bit more the flowers are going to be so beautiful…and it really gets me excited for all the new spring gel polish colors being released this 2019 season! I love spring so much…our cherry tree in our front yard is covered in the most beautiful white blossoms right now and there is a faint tint of pale green on all the trees around town. …
I love everything about this collection! Kung Fu Panda is my favorite animated movie of all time and the colors in this collection are amazing!

I am in love with Orly GelFX! I’ve only tried two colors but both have cured better than most other brands and they seem to hold up better as well.
This is Orly Rage, a gorgeous Rose Gold Metallic Shimmer. It covered opaquely in two coats but I like to do three for good measure. I did a nude color on my ring finger with an IKAT type triangle nailart design in Rage.

I popped into Sally Beauty the other day while my son and niece were running around the Halloween store next door and was DELIGHTED to find they are now selling Orly GelFX! I went in to Paul Mitchell the School for a pedicure Thursday night…a MUCH needed pedicure…and got to visit with my friend Ashley. It was soooo much fun! I could talk to her for hours! 🙂 Ashley’s attending the full Cosmetology Program so when she is graduated she will be licensed in hair, nails, and skin. It’s a long road, especially for a mom with three kids, but I’m really excited for her and know she will be amazing!

Mother’s Day is right up there at the top of my favorite holidays. Not because it’s a day where I get spoiled, but it’s a day that reminds me of the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
